Using Automati

Automati is operated by Lovemath LLC under the Automati DBA, based in Princeton, NJ. By accessing or using our website and tools, you agree to these terms.

Consultations and paid services

Our initial 15-minute conversation is free. Submitting the form is a request to be contacted; it does not reserve a meeting time or purchase a service. Paid assessments, implementation projects, and ongoing support have a written scope covering deliverables, pricing, payment terms, responsibilities, and any agreed support period. That agreement governs the engagement.

Starting prices on the website are guides. Larger builds, hosted agents, third-party subscriptions, and usage costs are scoped separately. We do not promise unlimited development or continuous support through the standard concierge package.

AI and expected results

We provide practical AI training, systems, and tools. AI output can contain errors and needs appropriate review. Generated images are previews and should not be represented as actual photographs or guaranteed installation results. Quotes, customer communications, and other consequential actions should follow the approvals agreed for the workflow.

Examples, planning estimates, and outside research are not guarantees of your results. Measured outcomes depend on your process, inputs, implementation, and use of the system.

Tool accounts

Some tools require Google sign-in or connected services. You are responsible for maintaining account security and sharing only information you are authorized to use. No account is needed to browse public pages or request a consultation.

Tool credits and payments

Free allowances, per-use prices, and subscriptions are displayed by the relevant tool. Additional credits are processed through Stripe; purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Credits do not expire and may be used across eligible per-use tools. Review the displayed price before authorizing a paid action.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, upload content that violates another person’s rights, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access. Use generated content responsibly and obtain permission for materials you provide.

Availability and liability

Website tools are provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automati is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities. Nothing here removes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates and contact
