Who we are

Automati is a registered DBA of Lovemath LLC, based in Princeton, NJ. Questions about your information can be sent to support@automati.org.

Consultation requests

When you contact us, we receive your name, business name, email, optional phone number, and the message you provide. We use this information to respond, arrange a conversation, and discuss services you request. Our form sends this information through Resend to our business inbox. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or sensitive customer information in this public form.

Booking a consultation

Our consultation page includes a Google Calendar booking page. Google receives the booking information you enter, including your name, email, business name, selected time, and any optional note. We receive those details to prepare for your call. Google Calendar sends the appointment confirmation and reminder, and Google Meet provides the meeting link. Google's privacy policy applies to its booking and meeting services. The booking page shows available appointment times; it does not expose our private calendar events.

Accounts and tools

If you sign in with Google to use a tool, we receive account information such as your name, email, and profile picture. We use it to identify your account, manage your session, and track credits or subscriptions. Tools may process uploaded images, addresses, business details, connected account data, and generated content to provide the features you choose.

Consulting engagements

We may receive business documents and process information you share during an engagement. Access, connected tools, recording permissions, and handling of client data are agreed as part of the engagement. A consultation request alone does not grant us access to your business accounts.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Resend for inquiry emails, Stripe for payments, and Google for sign-in and relevant Maps or connected-account features. Depending on the tool or engagement, AI and phone service providers may process the inputs necessary to perform the requested work. Their own privacy policies also apply to information they handle.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive your full card details.

Cookies and measurement

Account features use a session cookie to keep you signed in. The website also loads Google Tag Manager, which can manage measurement tags. Browser settings and extensions may let you restrict cookies or these requests. You can browse our public pages and request a consultation without creating an account.

Storage and your choices

Account and tool records are stored using Cloudflare services. Inquiry emails are retained in our business inbox to handle your request and maintain relevant business records. Provider retention practices may differ. Contact support@automati.org to request access, correction, or deletion of your information; some records may need to be retained to meet legal or accounting obligations.
